Ma\u010farsk\u00fd gulyas je pol\u00e9vka, kter\u00e1 je pojmenovan\u00e1 podle starod\u00e1vn\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobu p\u0159\u00edpravy va\u0159en\u00ed v kotl\u00edku. Existuje n\u011bkolik recept\u016f, ale z\u00e1kladn\u00ed ingredience jsou hov\u011bz\u00ed maso, brambory, paprika, s\u00e1dlo a ko\u0159en\u00ed paprika. Jde o velkou sma\u017eenou placku posypanou s\u00fdrem, r\u016fzn\u011b vylep\u0161enou nap\u0159\u00edklad zakysanou smetanou. J\u00eddlo d\u00edky sv\u00e9 sytosti a chuti na\u0161lo brzy m\u00edsto i v na\u0161ich pouli\u010dn\u00edch bistrech.T\u00f6it\u00f6tt kaposzta je jednoduch\u00e9 a obl\u00edben\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 se konzumuje hlavn\u011b ve v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed. Jde o nasolen\u00fd zeln\u00fd list pln\u011bn\u00fd mlet\u00fdm masem a r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed s ko\u0159en\u00edm. Va\u0159\u00ed se v hrnci spolu se slaninou nebo klob\u00e1skou a s paprikou.Velice obl\u00edben\u00e9 jsou v Ma\u010farsku pol\u00e9vky. Ur\u010dit\u011b by v\u00e1s svoj\u00ed temn\u011b rudou barvou zaujala vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka. P\u0159ekvapiv\u011b nen\u00ed sladk\u00e1 a je v\u00fdborn\u00e1.
